I am rushing to meet your deadline with the material that only reached me
on Wednesday.

Actually, everything seems to be in very good shape. The only corrections
that I might want to make are so trivial that I am disposed to ignore
them.  I really do not agree with the modern trend to use a minimum of
punctuation and I am happy to see that some badly needed commas were
actually added. These more than offset those that were removed.

So you can heave a sigh of relief and accept my portion as it now is.

Gentlemen:

I am returning, herewith, the form required to authorize the already established
Federated Tax-Free Income Fund in my name. This new account was initiated
by your Mr. Mountcastle as a result of a telephone conversation with the
transfer of \$20,000 from my Liberty U.S. Government Money Market Trust
account.

I have marked the form to show the initial \$20,000 transfer. To avoid any
possible misunderstanding, perhaps I should state that the entry on the form
applies to this initial transfer and it is not to be construed as authority
for an additional transfer at this time.

Please note that I have checked the form to request that the dividends
from this new account be mailed to me instead of being reinvested as now
seems to be the case.  This matter was not discussed in my coversation
with Mr. Mountcastle. No change is to be made to my older Money Market
account where the dividends are still to be reinvested.
